The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the customer and SPORT PRODUCTION MULTIMEDIA (SPM) company. They establish a contract between the company SPM and the customer. SPM company reserves the possibility of adapting or of modifying at any time the present general conditions of sale. SPM company recommends to the customer to print this information or to keep it on a computer file.

With the placement of an order by clicking on the validation button, the buyer agrees all the present general conditions of sale without reserve.
The data registered by the system of payment constitute the proof of the financial transactions.

European Community (EC) Residents
All the prices are quoted in Euros with the french VAT (excluding delivery and packaging cost). SPM company will issue a detailed invoice to the customer at the end of the order process.
European Community (EC) Companies
For EC companies, the invoice will be established without french VAT. You must have a European VAT number (value added tax number). On the invoice, will appear the VAT number of SPM company.
Residents and companies out of the European Community
The invoice will be established without french VAT. The customer will have to check if the ordered products are authorized in his country. If authorized, the customer, when the parcel arrives, will have to declare the goods by paying rights and taxes.

Online with a credit card
Orders may be placed on line through SPM's website (sportmultimedia.com), where the customer can pay directly online with a credit card (VISA and Mastercard accepted). To validate the transaction, the customer has to indicate the sixteen figures, the expiration date and the three figures back of the credit card. The facility provided on this site for electronic payment by credit card is fully secured thanks to data encryption using SSL (Secure Socket Layer 128 bits) protocol. All data transmitted are encoded and may not be read in transit on the Internet. The customer can also send its order by fax or by Post. The account of the customer will be debited of the order amount only when the goods are sended.
Bank transfer
The customers can also pay by bank transfer. Our account information (IBAN and SWIFT) will be transmitted with the order receipt. The goods are sent immediately after the reception of the bank transfer.
Payment on delivery
The customers can also pay by payment on delivery. The cost taken by the french Post for this kind of payment will be added to the basics delivery costs.

The products are shipped at the address mentionned by the customer on order form after reception of the payment (credit card, bank transfer) and within the available stock.
In case of a stock shortage, an e-mail will be send to the customer to inform him of the delivery delay. The delivery delays depend directly on postal services (in average 3-5 days for Europe)
This delays are given only as indication and have no commitment value. Except written stipulation from SPM company, a delivery delay can't in any case, give a right of an order cancancellation or a compensation.
When the goods are delivered, the customer must verify the conformity of the merchandise. In case of any damage, the customer must inform within 24 hours SPM company by e-mail (info@sportmultimedia.com) or directly by phone (+33 1 39 69 38 88). Without any notification from the customer, we consider that the customer will renounce from any legal action on this motiv against SPM Company

SPM allows you 7 working days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. You can return the product within this time period at your own expense.
Only new and complete products will be accepted, returned in their original packaging (for DVD and Cd-Rom the film of protection must be intact). Any product that has been damaged, or not in its original packaging, or packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product will not be reimbursed.
SPM will reimburse or exchange the products not corresponding to your order (defective or not corresponding).

Products sold by SPM company on the website "sportmultimedia.com" are described and presented with the maximum exactness. Howewer, SPM company, can't, in any case, be commited on the fact that errors could appear. Besides, the characteristics of our products, texts and photos are supplied only as an indicative title and have no value. The customer is supposed to know the limits of the Internet in consequences SPM company would not be responsable forany existing differences between the website and the orders.

SPM guarantees the purity, identity and content of the delivered products. The buyer shall test the goods immediately upon receipt to determine whether the conditions and quantity of the goods conform to the applicable contractual agreement.

Any complaint must be sent by Post to SPM company. Before starting any legal action, both parties will investigate for a solution of any complain ensuing from the execution of the present general conditions of sale. Unless a compromise, the complain concerning the interpretation or the execution of the contract will be subjected to the French law.

SPM Company undertakes not to pass on your personnal data to third party .These are confidential and will be used only for processing and payment of your orders in collaboration with our bank, and to enhance or personalize efforts to publicise or maket our products, including through eletronic messages advising you of products in your field of interest as indicated in our mailing list. Failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order. In accordance with the french "Data processing and Freedoms" law, has made a declaration to the CNIL (French data protection watchdog). SPM is authorised to extract, handle and use information that concerns you. This activity is strictly regulated and has been declared to the CNIL (declaration number n° 1143741). You have the permanent right to access and rectify all the information that concern you, in accordance with European texts and national laws in place (article 34 of the law of January 6th 1978). You can at any moment make a request to SPM to find out your personal informations. You can at any time, and by request, modify these information.
